Keith was an EY FSO Advisory Partner based in Hong Kong focusing on capital markets, and wealth and asset management. Prior to joining EY, Keith was an executive and Business Lead in Sapient Global Markets, managing its capital markets business in North America. He was consistently growing a successful and very profitable business through well defined and executed business and marketing strategies, at the same time building an organization that promoted growth and collaborations.
Keith received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from National Taiwan University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Brock University, and a Masters of Engineering degree from Cornell University.
Keith resides in Northborough, Massachusetts with his wife of 25 years. They have two adult children currently living in different cities and one teenage son with them.
As a management consultant, David was at the forefront of both retail banking and electronic institutional trading over the early days of the internet. He has opened business operations centers for clients in the US, the UK, and China. In Industry, David led global teams for both Lehman Brothers and Bloomberg Tradebook and was a strategic advisor to the President of Broadridge.
David received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University. In addition, he has been licensed by FINRA as a Series 27 Financial and Operations Principal.
David resides in Fairfield Connecticut with his wife of 27 years, Megan. They have three daughters – Elizabeth, Kate, and Julia.
Paul has broad experience across banking operations, including wholesale and consumer products, and specializes in consumer credit products and related services. Paul’s expertise includes digital and emerging technology solutions, operational strategy, product management, and process reengineering. Paul provides leadership on transformational initiatives that include large scale change to organizations, processes, technologies, and third-party business relationships. Paul has led engagements at each of the Top-5 domestic banks, and brings specific experience in residential mortgage lending, treasury/cash management, payment systems, core system conversions, operational efficiency, and merger and acquisition integration. At JPMorgan Chase, Paul led an operating strategy and product management team, responsible for residential mortgage loss mitigation products and capabilities within the home lending division.
Paul received a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University.

Ertem has held number of leadership positions in the areas of financial services and technology innovation over the last 25 years. Ertem was PwC’s US Financial Services Cybersecurity & Privacy Practice Leader. In this capacity, he served PwC Financial Services clients and developed Financial Services Go-to-Market strategy and operating model for the practice, including specific Cybersecurity solution campaigns across Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance, and Asset and Wealth Management. Prior to PwC, he was the EY Americas Deputy Cybersecurity leader where he led EY’s Cybersecurity solution portfolio in the U.S, including Cybersecurity strategy & transformation, threat management, data protection, identity and access management and managed security services.
Ertem received an MBA from University of Dallas and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
Ertem is a frequent speaker and guest lecturer at industry events and the author of numerous information security articles and two books.
